They married on 29 May 1662 at the parish church of St. Peter in Cowfold, Sussex.
Nicholas West was baptised on 23 February 1635/6 in Bolney, Sussex.
He was the son of
West (c1610-1662) and Joan (?-1653). He was buried
on 18 January 1710/1 in Bolney.
Anne Mitchell may have been baptised on 19 May 1633 in Bolney and
have been the daughter of John Mitchell.

John West was baptised on 22 January 1663/4 in Cowfold.

Ann West was baptised on 14 October 1668 in Cowfold.
Thomas West was baptised on 1 December 1672 in Cowfold. He was
buried on 29 September 1751 in Bolney. His death was reported to the
Beeding Manorial Court on 14 November 1751.
Thomas married Susanna Newnham on 27 April 1669 in Ardingly, Sussex.
The Beeding Manorial Records record that on 30 July 1737, Thomas West
and his wife Susanna, surrendered Drewitts, 50 acres in Cowfold, to
Stephen Whales a yeoman of Cowfold. Then on 1 June 1738 they
again surrendered Drewitts to Thomas Field a yeoman of
Hurstpierpoint, as security for £156. Thomas and Susanna had paid off
the loan by 6 October 1742 and they again surrendered Drewitts, this time to
William Unwins for a loan of £150. They next surrender Drewitts
to Frances Board of Lindfield, as security for £150 at 4 percent.
It was then recorded on 3 October 1750 that Thomas West had again
surrendered Drewitts, this time to Elizabeth West a spinster of
Portslade (who I believe was his youngest daughter) as security for a loan
of £150 at 4 ½ percent interest until 28 March
1749. (Drewitts is located in the top right hand corner of the parish
of Cowfold and borders the parishes of Slaugham and Bolney. The
property had previously been held by Thomas's grandfather Edward West.)
Thomas and Susanna had 6 known children:
Susanna West was baptised on 19 August 1701 in Hurstpierpoint,
Sussex. She died as child and was buried on 27 November 1706 in
Bolney, Sussex. Her name was recorded as Susana Wesstt in the
Mary West was baptised on 7 April 1703 in Bolney.
Sarah Weestt was baptised on 17 September 1704 in Bolney.
Elizabeth Wesstt was baptised on 30 October 1707 in Bolney. She
married William Vallance by licence on 12 February 1750/1 at St.
Anne's in Lewes, Sussex. They were both then of Portslade, Sussex.
Edward Weesstt was baptised on 7 December 1710 in Bolney. He
died in Cowfold and was buried on 15 September 1755 in Bolney. At the
death of his father in 1751, Edward as only son and heir, inherited Drewitts
in Cowfold. This he bequeathed to his youngest sister, Elizabeth
Charles West was baptised on 16 December 1715 in Bolney and buried
there on 9 March 1737/8.
Mary West was baptised on 12 September 1665 in Cowfold.
Joan West was baptised on 12 February 1677/8 in Cowfold and was
buried there on 26 June 1678.
