The Will of
Richard WARMAN (1767-1848)

This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Warman of 33 Soho
Street Reading ffirst I desire that all my just debts funeral & testamentary
expenses be paid and satisfactory my Executor as soon as conveniently may be
after my decease ? I give and devise and bequeath unto my daughter in law
Elizabeth the wife of George Evans of 33 Soho Street Reading the
? of household ? to me ? ? bequeath whatever money I die possessed of
whether in the public hands or in the Reading Savings Bank and whatever also
maybe possessed by or due to me at the time of my decease to my said
daughter in law Elizabeth Evans aforesaid and my other daughter in
law Mary ffrances widow of Bedford Road Reading to be divided equally
between them after payment of the funeral and testamentary expenses before
mentioned I nominate and appoint George Evans aforesaid to be my sole
Executor of this my last will and testament and hereby revoke all former
wills In witness whereof the said Richard Warman set my hand and seal
this tenth day of January one thousand eight hundred & forty eight
Richard Warman signed by the said testator Richard Warman and
acknowledged by him to be his last will & testament in the presence of us
who in his presence and in the presence of each other at his request have
hereunto set our hands the day and year before mentioned ? Clements ?

Proved at London 4th Feb 1848 before the Judge by the oath of a George
Evans the sole Executor to whom Admon was granted having been first
sworn by Commission duly to administer
