the name of John Stileay.
Elizabeth Till's date and place of birth/baptism are
unknown, to me.
John Stilway and Elizabeth Till had 3

John Stilway was baptised on 17 December 1727 in Mid
Lavant, Sussex. He was buried on 14 October 1794 in West Stoke and
the burial register recorded his name as John Still.
As John Stile of West Stoke he married Ann
Richards by banns on 13 January 1754 in Funtington. She
was then of Funtington.
The West Stoke burial register records that Anne wife of
John Still was buried on 5 September 1787.
John and Ann had the following children:

Henry Still was baptised on 21 June 1760 in West Stoke.
As Henry Still he married Mary Keith
on 22 May 1791 at St. Peter the Great in Chichester. They were
both then of that parish.
Henry and Mary had the following child:

West Stoke and buried there on 24 January 1794.

Matthew Still was baptised on 29 May 1763 in West
Stoke.

William Stille was baptised on 4 November 1770 in West
Stoke. He died aged 68 years in the Chichester Infirmary and was
buried on 10 February 1839 in West Stoke, by the name of William
Still.
William married Sarah Suter by banns on 10 November
1800 in West Stoke. The witnesses to their marriage were
Samuel Suter and Charles H. Smith.
