were, I believe, my 8x Great Grandparents. They married on 23 May 1697 in
Henfield, Sussex.
Richard Steel’s
date and place of birth/baptism are unknown, to me. Might he have been
the son of Edward Steel and Mary Michell?
They married on 22 April 1652 in Cowfold, Sussex.
Ann Midhurst
was baptised on 5 January 1669/70 in Henfield. She was the daughter of
John
Midhurst and
Elizabeth
Burtenshaw.
