William NORMAN (1638-?)

and Bridget FAULKNER (1637-?)

 

William Norman and Bridget Faulcknor were my 8x Great Grandparents.  (Click here to see their place in my pedigree chart.)  They may also have been my 10x Great Grandparents.  (Click here to see their possible place in my pedigree chart.)  They married on 3 September 1657 in Lindfield, Sussex and/or 2 November 1657 in East Grinstead, Sussex.  At the the time of the Lindfield marriage, William was described as a yeoman and they were both said to be of East Grinstead.  He was was also described as a yeoman at the time of the East Grinstead marriage.

William Norman was baptised on 22 April 1638 in Cuckfield, Sussex.  He was the son of Richard Norman (1611-?) and Mary Woolvin.

Bridget Faulkner was baptised on 17 December 1637 in East Grinstead.  She was the daughter of Henry Faulkner (1602-1665) and Mary.

 

William Norman and Bridget Faulkner had 2 known children:

  1. William Norman was baptised on 24 October 1662 in East Grinstead.

  2. John Norman, my 7x Great Grandfather, was baptised on 11 August 1667 in East Grinstead.  He married Ann Gaston in 1694.  (They have their own page.)
