George NOBLE (c1675-?)
and Sarah OULDER (c1680-?)

George Noble
and Sarah Holder may have been
my 7x Great Grandparents. (Click
here to
see their place in my pedigree chart.) They married on 19 July
1700 at the parish church of St. Nicholas in Brighton, Sussex.
George Noble's date and place of birth/baptism are unknown, to me.
He may have been the son of George Noble and Margery Frend who
married on 15 January 1675/6 in Brighton.
Sarah Oulder's date and place of
birth/baptism are unknown, to me. Might she have been born on 21 July
1671 and baptised on 29 July 1671, the daughter of Edward Older and
Alice Emery, or was she baptised on 24 October 1675, the daughter of
William Older? Both baptisms took place in Brighton.
George Noble and Sarah
Oulder had 7 known children:
-
Sarah Noble was baptised on 8 June 1701 at St. Nicholas in
Brighton.
-
George Noble was baptised on 19 September 1703 at St. Nicholas,
Brighton.
-
Elizabeth Noble was baptised on 16 November 1706 at St. Nicholas,
Brighton. She may have married Francis Lynn on 8 February
1729/30 in Brighton. They were both then of Brighton.
-
John Noble was baptised on 5 December 1708 at St. Nicholas,
Brighton.
-
Hannah Noble was baptised on 8 July 1711 at St. Nicholas, Brighton.
She may have married William Skinner on 18 October 1739 in
Brighton. However, Hannah was then said to be of Lewes and William
of Cliffe near Lewes.
-
Martha Noble, may have been my 6x Great Grandmother. She was
baptised on 8 October 1714 at St. Nicholas. Martha married
Thomas
Howell in 1736. (They have their own page.)
-
Mary Noble was baptised on 27 July 1718 at St. Nicholas, Brighton.
