Thomas Moore and Elizabeth Hoad married by
banns on 23 April 1778 in Cowfold, Sussex. The witnesses to their
marriage were Walter Hills and Ira Hoad.

Thomas Moore was baptised on 14 September 1755 in
Cowfold, Sussex. He was the son of
(1729-1809) and Mary
Voice (c1731-1815). Thomas may have died aged 77 years and have been buried
on 28 November 1835 in Cowfold.
Elizabeth Hoad's date and place of birth/baptism are
unknown, to me.

Cowfold. He was a bachelor from Speldhurst, Kent and she a
spinster of Cowfold. The witnesses to their marriage were
Thomas Moore and William Hills.
Charles Moore was baptised on 30 March 1794 in
Cowfold. In 1851, Charles was a 58 year old widower and living
at Dudneys Cottage in Cowfold. He was then an agricultural
labourer and his brother Thomas and his wife Phoebe was living with
Lydia Moore was baptised on 22 October 1797 in
Lydia married James Pelham or James Petcham
by licence on 17 November 1817 in Cowfold. He was a
bachelor from Seaford and she a spinster of Cowfold. The witnesses
to their marriage were Jane Vinall and William
