William MANSBRIDGE (1633-1667)and Margaret NOELL (c1630-1660)and Jane (c1630-?)
William Mansbridge and Jane were my 8x Great Grandparents. A marriage licence was issued to them on 20 July 1661 by the Deanery of Chichester. It recorded that William was a yeoman of Earnley and Jane Ide a widow of the same place. Surety for the licence was provided by William himself, Francis Morris a victualler of Chichester and Henry Hardham also of Chichester. Previously William had married Margaret Noell on 2 September 1654 in Earnley, Sussex. She was then of Pagham. William Mansbridge was baptised on 2 December 1633 in Sidlesham, Sussex. He was the son of Nicholas Mansbridge (1605-1655) and Mary. William died in 1667. Margaret Noell's date and place of birth/baptism are unknown, to me. She was buried on 28 October 1660 in Earnley. Jane's date and place of birth/baptism and previous marriage are unknown, to me.
