Charles LIDBETTER (1846-?)

Charles Lidbetter and Jane Brockhurst by banns on 24 November 1866 in Pulborough, Sussex.  Charles was then a 20 year old bachelor and labourer, and Jane a 20 year old spinster.  Their fathers were named as Charles Lidbetter and Edward Brockhurst who were both labourers.  The witnesses to the marriage were Mr. John Watson and Jesse Greenfield.  (They were not my direct ancestors.  Jane was the niece of my 3x Great Grandfather, William Wedge.)
