William Lilliat and Esther Parson married by licence on 7 June
1599 in Angmering, Sussex. Their marriage licence was issued on 26 May
1599 by the Archdeaconry of Chichester, which recorded that William
Lilliatt was of Aldingbourne and Esther Person of Angmering.
William may have been baptised as Wiliam Leliot on 4 December 1563,
the son of Thomas Leliot or on 14 January 1571/2 the son of Edward
Leliet. Both baptism took place in Aldingbourne, Sussex.
Hester Parson was baptised on 26 March
1572 in Angmering, Sussex. She was the daughter of John Parson.
