James LILLYOTT (1745-1820)

and Sarah BISHOP (c1750-?)

James Lillyott and Sarah Bishop married on 5 April 1771 in Newtimber, Sussex.    (They were not my direct ancestors, but James was the brother of my 5x Great Grandfather, Samuel Lillyott.)

James Lillyott was baptised on 2 April 1745 in Woodmancote, Sussex.  He was the son of Thomas Lyllyot (c1705-1765) and Bridget Purvey (1709-1778).  He died aged 75 years and was buried on 19 June 1820 in Newtimber, Sussex.
