Walter Geale (1602-1654) and
(1594-1648). He was buried on 31 December 1694 in Findon.
Thamassen Salter was baptised on 18 April 1624 in Cuckfield.
She was the daughter of Stephen Salter.
A Probate Inventory was made in 1694 in respect of the estate of
Walter Geale, married to Tamsin. The total of his chatells
and goods (excluding property) was valued at £316. The inventory
included cows, bullocks, pigs and a lot of wheat, etc, in the brewhouse.

Jane Geale was baptised on 31 July 1651 in Findon and it
was noted in the baptism register that her father was Walter
Geale the younger. She probably died as an infant.
Walter Geale was baptised on 21 August 1653 in Findon.
He was buried in Findon on 6 May 1705.
Walter married Theodosia.
Theodosia was buried in Findon in 1724. She left a will and her
estate was valued at £364. She left legacies to her 3 daughters,
Elizabeth, Mary and Abigale, and her grand-daughter and grandson.
The bulk of her property passed to her son John

She may have married Thomas Holingham on 2 October 1694
Mary Geale was baptised on 12 October 1679 in Findon.
She may have married Thomas Elliott on 1 October 1700

John Geale was baptised on 17 October 1682 in Findon.
As John Guile he may have married Sarah Goble
on 15 November 1720 in Angmering.

marriage licence was issued on 1 January 1749/50 by the Archdeaconry
of Chichester. It recorded that she was a spinster of

He may have married Mary Reason by licence on 1 October
1728 at Wiggonholt, Sussex. At the time they were both of Findon.
Their marriage licence was issued on the same day recorded that the
sponsors of the licence were Walter himself and Thomas Reason

Elizabeth Geale was baptised on 8 June 1656 in Findon.
She may have married Richard Woolvin on 3 July 1683 in

Henry Guile may have been buried on 24 October 1753 in
Angmering. He had the following child:
