and Katherine CHEESEMAN (c1600-?)

 

John Finche and Katherine Cheeseman may have been my 10x Great Grandparents.  They married on 11 November 1621 in Worth, Sussex.

John Finch's date and place of birth/baptism are unknown, to me.  Might he have been the son of John Finch alias Lamot and Alice Simons, who married on 28 September 1589 in Worth?

Katherine Cheeseman’s date and place of birth/baptism are unknown, to me.

 

John Finch and Katherine Cheeseman had 4 known children:

  1. Elizabeth Finch was baptised on 28 April 1622 in Worth.

  2. Mary Finch was baptised on 11 April 1624 in Worth.

  3. Katherine Finch was baptised on 29 January 1625/6 in Worth.

  4. John Finch, my possible 9x Great Grandfather, was baptised on 28 July 1628 in Worth.  He married Mary Bishop in 1652.  (They have their own page.)
