Thomas FELDWICK (1597-?)

and Elizabeth WICKENS (c1600-?)

 

Thomas Feldwick and Elsabeth Wickens may have been my 10x Great Grandparents.  They married on 25 November 1622 in East Grinstead, Sussex.

Thomas Velvick was baptised on 23 January 1596/7 in East Grinstead.  Unfortunately the names of his parents were not recorded in the baptism register.  He may have been the son of John Velwick and Susan Jennyings who married in East Grinstead on 5 July 1593.

Elizabeth Wickens date and place of birth/baptism are unknown, to me.

 

Thomas Feldwick and Elizabeth Wickens had 9 known children:

  1. Alice Feldwick, my possible 9x Great Grandmother, was baptised on 20 July 1623 in East Grinstead.  She married John Langridge in 1642.  (They have their own page.)

  2. Mary Feldwicke was baptised on 9 July 1626 in East Grinstead.  Mary married John Coulstock on 8 January 1649/50 in East Grinstead.  A John Coulstock was appointed the sole executor of Alice Langridge's estate.

  3. An Feldwick was baptised on 30 August 1629 in East Grinstead.  She was mentioned in her sister Alice's will, as Ann Peirce, widow.

  4. Elsabeth Feldwicke was baptised on 2 April 1632 in East Grinstead.  She married Edward Kipping on 8 June 1652 in East Grinstead.  An Elizabeth Kippen was mentioned in the will of Alice Langridge.

  5. Susan Feldwick was baptised on 19 October 1634 in East Grinstead.

  6. Thomas Feldwicke was baptised on 12 March 1636/7 in East Grinstead.

  7. Joane Feldwicke was baptised on 12 March 1636/7 in East Grinstead.

  8. William Velfick was baptised on 15 March 1639/40 in East Grinstead.

  9. Henry Velveck was baptised on 18 August 1644 in East Grinstead.  Henry had the following daughter:

    1. Mary Fieldwick was mentioned in her Aunt Alice's will, as the wife of [blank].
