John DIXON (1741-?)

and Susanna BRAND (1740-?)

 

John Dixon and Susanna Brand were my 5x Great Grandparents.  (Click here to see their place in my pedigree chart.)  They married on 11 October 1762 in Elsenham, Essex.

John Dixon was baptised on 20 January 1741 in Henham, Essex.  He was the son 5 112 William Dixon (c1715-1795) and 5 112 Elizabeth Stubbins (1718-1779).

Susanna Brand was baptised on 1 February 1739/40 in Henham.  She was the daughter of 5 111 John Brand (c1700-?) and 5 111 Abigail (c1704-1772).

 

John Dixon and Susanna Brand had 5 known children:

  1. Thomas Dixon was baptised on 9 August 1763 in Henham.

  2. Sarah Dixon was baptised on 2 December 1764 in Henham.

  3. William Dixon was baptised on 22 May 1768 in Henham.

  4. Joshua Dixon, my 4x Great Grandfather, was baptised on 7 January 1770 in Henham.  He married 5 92 Jane Smith in 1804.  (They have their own page.)

  5. James Dixon was baptised on 7 November 1773 in Henham.
