Fletching, Sussex. He was the son of William Botting
(1718-?) and Elizabeth. William was buried on 6
February 1820 in Ardingly, Sussex.
Ann Wood was baptised on 11 September 1743 in Balcombe,
Sussex. She was the daughter of William Wood (1699-?)
and Sarah Ware (1695-?). Sarah died in Chailey,
Sussex and was buried on 5 February 1823 in Ardingly, Sussex.

baptised on 14 February 1779 in Ardingly.
Richard may have married Jane Downer on 8 November 1800
in Balcombe, Sussex.
Henry Botten was born on 13 January 1781 and baptised
on 11 February 1781 in Ardingly.
Henry may have married Charlotte Bourne by banns on 22
April 1807 in Ardingly. They were both then of Ardingly.
John Botten was born on 6 May 1783 and baptised on 13
July 1783 in Ardingly.
Jaack Botten was born on 22 November 1785 and baptised
on 8 January 1786.
As Isaac Botten he may have married Elizabeth
Forster by banns on 14 August 1809 in Ardingly. He was
then of Ardingly.
