John BOORER (?-1767)

In the Name of God
Amen I John Boorer of Warnham in the County of Sussex
Yeoman being of Sound Mind Memory and Understanding Do make Publish and
Declare this as and for my last Will and Testamt in manner and form
following I Give and Devise to my Son John Boorer All those
my two Messuages or Tenements ffarms Lands and Premises with their Appurts
called Tanners and Mays Situate lying and being in the Parish of Warnham
aforesaid and now in my own Occupation To hold the same unto him his Heirs
and Assigns for ever And I do Give and bequeath unto him my said son
John the Sum of ffour hundred pounds to be paid to him within
twelve Months next after my Decease by my Son Thomas Boorer I Give and
Devise unto my said son Thomas Boorer All that my Messuage
or Tenement ffarm Lands and Premises with the Appurts situate lying and
being in Horsham in the said County of Sussex and comonly called or known by
the name of Graylings To hold the same unto my son Thomas
his Heirs and Assigns for ever Subject and Chargeable and I do hereby
Expressly Charge the same ffarms Lands and premises with the Payment of the
said Sum of ffour hundred pounds to my said Son John Boorer
within twelve Months next after my Decease aforesaid I Give and Devise unto
my Son Robert Boorer All those my Messuages or Tenements
ffarms Lands and Premises with their Appurts called Thatches Situate lying
and being in Warnham aforesaid and now in my Occupation To hold the same
unto my him my said son Robert his Heirs and Assigns for
ever Subject and chargeable and I Do hereby Expressly Charge the same ffarms
Lands and premises and also my Stock Goods and Chattells and the Residue of
my Personal Estate with the Payment of the Sum of three hundred pounds of
lawful Money of Great Britain to my son Benjamin Boorer
within twelve Months next after my Decease but I do also Give and Devise
limit and Appoint unto my said son Benjamin Boorer All
those my Copyhold Lands Tenements and Heredits with their respective Appurts
holden of the Several Mannors of Westcot Albury and Shalford Gifford in the
County of Surrey To hold the same unto him my said son Benjamin
his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the Customs of the said Several
Mannors and I do give limit and Appoint unto him my said son
Benjamin All those my Leasehold Lands Tenements and Heredits with
their respective Appurts Situate lying and being in the Parish of Shere in
the said County of Surrey To hold the same unto my said son Benjamin
his Executors and Admors for and during the Rest Residue and remainder of a
long Term of Years therein to come (which said Copyhold and Leasehold Lands
and Premises I am empowered to Give Appoint and bequeath by this my Will by
Virtue of certain Indentures Tripartite made or mentioned to be made and
Executed on or about the one and Twentieth Day of November which was in the
Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Thirty by and between my
late Mother Mary Boorer and my self of the first part
Elizabeth Davies Widow my late Wifes Mother and my said
late Wife then Elizabeth Davies Spinster of the second part
and Richard Haytor and John Pratt therein
named of the third part and the surrenders made in pursuance thereof and I
Do Give and bequeath unto my said Son Robert All the Rest
and residue of my moneys Stocks Goods Chattels and Personal Estate
whatsoever and wheresoever To hold to him his Executors and Admors Subject
and Chargeable with the Payment of three hundred pounds as aforesaid And I
do hereby Constitute and Appoint him my said Son Robert
Sole Executor of this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal the ffifth Day of August In the year of our Lord One thousand Seven
