Thomas BARHAM
(1701-?)
and Ann MOHUN (c1700-?)

Thomas Barham
and Ann Mohun
were my 7x
Great Grandparents. (Click
here to see their place in my pedigree chart.) They married on
5 or 15 October 1719 in
Aylesford, Kent. Thomas was said to be of Woodhurst, Sussex and Ann of Loose,
Kent.
Thomas Barham was
baptised on 25 or 26 December 1701 in Wadhurst, Sussex. He was the son
Thomas Barham (1666-?) and
Catherine Oliver (1666-1733). He was at
one time a Shipwright's Apprentice.
He may have been buried on 29 November 1745 in Wadhurst, but this burial
may have been of his father.
Ann Mohun's date and place of
birth/baptism are unknown, to me. She was said to have been of Loose,
near Maidstone.
Thomas Barham and Ann Mohun had 2 known children:
-
Nicholas
Barham, my 6x Great Grandfather, was baptised on
12 February 1720/1.
He married
Elizabeth Greagsby in 1747.
(They have their own page.)
-
Ann Barham was baptised on 19 April 1724 in
Wadhurst, when her father was described as Mr. Thomas Barham of
Butts family. Did she marry Isaac Tupenny on 3 February 1748 in
Frant, Sussex?
